Coaching

What's the difference between coaching that gives tips and coaching that rewires how you show up?

Real-time practice, not just theory. You'll develop genuine empathy and authentic innovation skills so you can lead with both heart and humor.

FAQs

What sets you apart from other coaches?

Most coaches have either been employees OR entrepreneurs. I've been both. I have HR experience, a Masters in Organizational Psychology, and years of comedy chops. I've sat in the cubicle, managed people operations, scaled the startup, and bombed on every stage imaginable. That means I understand leadership from every angle: what employees really need, what HR sees behind the scenes, what founders actually face, and how humor bridges all the gaps. You're not getting textbook theory with my coaching. You're getting real-world insights from someone who's lived the full spectrum of workplace dynamics.

Who is the ideal candidate for your coaching?

Anyone who knows they have more to give and is ready to invest in themselves consistently. Transformation happens when you show up for the work and aren't afraid to get outside your comfort zone.

How long are your sessions?

Each session is 75 minutes.

Coaching packages are available in 6 or 12 session increments.

What does email support look like in between sessions?

Direct access to me via email for real-time coaching support because breakthrough moments don't always wait for your next appointment.
