High-performing teams are your biggest competitive advantage. Let's Build Yours.

I'm Amanda, and I help organizations build high-performing cultures where people actually want to collaborate, and where that culture translates directly to performance, retention, revenue, and profitability.

After nearly two decades of helping leaders and teams break through the collaboration barriers that slow everything down, I know this: the way your people communicate, problem-solve, and adapt together is either your biggest competitive advantage or your biggest liability.

Through my keynotes, workshops, and coaching, I work with organizations to build teams that think bigger, move faster, and actually enjoy working together. My approach combines organizational psychology and human-centered design with the unexpected power of improv principles, because the skills that make great comedy also make great teams.

I've worked with scrappy startups, Fortune 500 giants, and everything in between, because dysfunction is universal and so is the human capacity for breakthrough.

When we work together, expect your team to laugh harder, think bigger, and leave with skills they'll use at work and at home.

Your team is closer to a breakthrough than you think.

About Amanda

Amanda thrives at the intersection of improvisation and organizational psychology to help transform organizations.
